We currently offer domestic shipping (tracked) within New Zealand at a standard rate of $10 for clothing items. Shipping rates for Manchester items will be listed on the product description.

Unfortunately we currently don't offer international shipping.

Click and Collect

Click and Collect is available from our Lake Road Hospice Shop at 72 Lake Road, Frankton, Hamilton.

Collection is available from 10:00am - 2:00pm Monday - Saturday.
You will receive an email with instructions on how to collect your goods.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any items sold online. Please email enquiries to orders@hospicewaikato.org.nz

If you would like your order before Christmas we recommend ordering it by December 15
